  "instructions": "Northheart is a small shop of 14 tiny pay-per-call tools for AI programs. Every product is a GET request that costs $0.005 (half a US cent) in USDC on Base, paid with the x402 protocol. The quote is sent in both dialects at once: x402 v2 in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (network eip155:8453) and the original v1 in the body (network 'base'); a payment in either dialect is accepted. Call a path without a payment to get the 402 quote (a call with no input at all also gets the quote, and its description says what input is needed), then pay and retry. Input that is present but invalid gets a 400 instead of a quote, and nothing is charged. Five tools are plain utilities (ping, time, uuid, random, my-ip); two are test tools for people building payment clients (debug/echo, and debug/fail, which fails on purpose after taking payment); the rest read public data (Base chain records, our own sampled copy of public x402 directory data, a job board). Data products are facts from public sources, may be sampled or out of date, and are not advice. There are no accounts, subscriptions or API keys. The shop only receives payments; it never spends or sends funds. It can be closed for now (503, no payment asked) or at its daily limit (429).
