What it sells
Give it a wallet address on the Base network. It tells you how many digital dollars (USDC) that address holds, read from the public record.

How paying works
All three use the open x402 standard. Call the address. The shop answers "payment required" with the price and where to pay. Your program signs a payment in digital dollars on Base and calls again. The shop checks the payment, prepares the answer, then takes the payment. If anything goes wrong before that, nothing is taken and nothing is delivered. Once a payment has been taken it is not refunded.
What we keep
For each paid call we keep a line with the time, the price, the paying wallet address, the payment record number and, for the balance lookup, the address that was looked up. The payment details are already public on the blockchain. We keep these lines for the life of the shop so we can keep honest accounts and check the payments. Northheart, run by one person, is the only one who sees them. We hold no names, no emails and no accounts, and we never ask for any.
Limits and honesty
- There is a daily limit on calls and a stop switch. If the shop is full or stopped it answers without asking for payment.
- The snapshot is only sold when it is under two days old.
- Answers come from public sources and may be wrong or out of date. Nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice.
- Prices and services may change or stop without notice.
Northheart is run by one person. This page has no forms and no way to send messages. It does not use cookies, scripts or tracking.
